Returns whether the user should be allowed to change the typing style in a web view.

Available in Mac OS X v10.3.9 and later.

Parameters
webView (WebView)
The web view that the user is editing.
currentStyle (IntPtr)
The old style the user wants to change.
proposedStyle (IntPtr)
The new style the user wants to set.

YES if the user should be allowed to change the typing style in webView to proposedStyle; otherwise, NO.
