CanHandleRequest Method (request)

Returns whether a request can be handled based on a "preflight" evaluation.

Original signature is '+ (BOOL)canHandleRequest:(NSURLRequest *)request'

Available in Mac OS X v10.2 with Safari 1.0 installed and later.
