DictionaryWithDictionary Method (otherDictionary)

Creates and returns a dictionary containing the keys and values from another given dictionary.

Original signature is '+ (id)dictionaryWithDictionary:(NSDictionary *)otherDictionary'

Available in Mac OS X v10.0 and later.
