Sets the enabled state of the specified segment

Original signature is '- (void)setEnabled:(BOOL)flag forSegment:(NSInteger)segment'

Available in Mac OS X v10.3 and later.

Parameters
flag (Boolean)
YES to enable the segment; otherwise, NO to disable it.
