ApplicationOpenFileWithoutUI Method (sender, filename)

Tells the delegate to open a file programmatically.

Original signature is '- (BOOL)application:(id)sender openFileWithoutUI:(NSString *)filename'

Available in Mac OS X v10.0 and later.
